At Big Club USA, Inc. (“Big Club”) we want you to be happy with your product purchases.  This Refund Policy (“Refund Policy”) applies to any products purchased by you from www.bigclubusa.com or any sub-URLs.  Please be aware that this Refund Policy does not apply to any products purchased from third party websites, distributors, or resellers.  This Refund Policy is integrated into and subject to the Big Club Terms of Service: link

Thirty (30) Day Refund Policy

We are proud to offer a thirty (30) day no questions asked refund policy.  If for any reason you are unhappy or unsatisfied with any products purchased from Big Club you may request a full refund within thirty (30) days of receipt (“Refund Window”) of any product purchased.  After the expiration of the Refund Window, we cannot issue any refunds for any products.

Refund Request

In order to initiate a refund request, please contact us within the Refund Window.  Please send us an email at contact@bigclubusa.com or follow the refund instructions found on www.bigclubusa.com.  Please provide us with your order number and ordering information and the items, product details, quantities, and other information for any product being refunded.  Upon receipt of your refund request we will begin processing your refund. Please allow forty-eight (48) to seventy-two (72) business hours for us to respond to any refund requests submitted. Your refund is not processed until you receive a refund confirmation from us.  Where requested by us, you agree to provide us additional information regarding your purchase so that we may process your refund request.    

Returns

Please be aware for any refunded products you may be required return such products.  You agree to follow any return instructions and you may be responsible for any return shipping fees where applicable.  You must follow all return instructions properly in order for us to issue you a refund

Refund Timing

Upon review and confirmation from Big Club, your refund will be processed.  Your refund will be issued using the same form of payment you provided to us.  Please be aware that refunds are not instantaneous and make take some time to be issued by our third party payment processors.  Refunds may take one to two billing cycles to appear on your account.  If you have any questions regarding the timing or issuance of a refund, please contact us.
